ADM-019 — Promotions

Screen: Promotions management table showing all promo codes with their details, usage stats, and lifecycle status.
Promo Types: "% Off" (purple badge), "Fixed" (green badge for fixed rand amount), "Free Delivery" (lime accent badge). Each type has distinct visual treatment.
Usage: Progress bar showing usage count vs limit (e.g. 12/100). Bar fills proportionally. Shows over-limit for expired promos (312/300).
Status: Active (green) = currently valid and usable. Scheduled (blue) = start date in future. Expired (outline/grey) = past end date. Expired rows shown with reduced opacity.
Actions: Active/Scheduled promos show Edit + Delete. Expired promos show Duplicate (to recreate) + Delete. "Create Promotion" opens form/modal.
