ADM-017 — Staff Pickers

Screen: Picker staff management with tabbed interface (Pickers/Drivers). Shows real-time status and performance metrics.
Tabs: "Pickers" tab (active) and "Drivers" tab. Clicking Drivers navigates to ADM-018-staff-drivers.html.
Summary Bar: Shows active picker count (4 of 6 online) and total orders picked today (47). Updates in real-time.
Table Columns: Name (avatar + join date), Employee ID, Status (Online/Offline/On Break with color dot), Orders Today, Accuracy %, Avg Pick Time, Rating (star + number), Actions.
Add Picker: Lime accent button opens form/modal to add new picker staff member. Requires name, email, phone, employee ID.
