Phone Input: South Africa country code (+27) is pre-selected with flag emoji. Users can tap the prefix area to change country (future enhancement). Input is numeric-only with tel inputmode for numeric keyboard on mobile.
Continue Button: Should be disabled (btn-disabled class) until a valid 9-digit phone number is entered. Tapping sends an OTP via SMS and navigates to CON-011.
Legal Links: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy open in an in-app browser / modal. Required for app store compliance.
No Bottom Nav: Pre-authentication screens do not display the bottom navigation bar. Navigation is linear: back to onboarding or forward to OTP.
Existing Users: If the phone number is already registered, skip CON-012/CON-013 (registration) and navigate directly to the home screen after OTP verification.
