Empty State: Displays when the user's cart has zero items. Features a large cart icon (loaded from ../../_shared/images/empty-states/empty-cart.svg with inline SVG fallback), a headline, descriptive text, and a prominent "Start Shopping" CTA button in the accent colour.

Bottom Navigation: The bottom nav is visible on the empty cart screen to provide navigation context. Home, Discover, My Shop, and Profile tabs are available. No tab is highlighted as active since the cart is not a main nav destination.

Start Shopping Button: Navigates the user to CON-030 Home Main, the primary product browsing screen. Uses the lime accent button style for high visibility.

No Header Actions: The "Clear All" action from CON-060 is not shown here since there are no items to clear.
