Header: White header with centered "Rate Your Experience" title and an X close button on the right. Closing dismisses the rating screen (can be rated later from order history).
Star Rating: Five large (48px) tappable stars. In this wireframe, 4 out of 5 stars are filled in amber/gold (#F59E0B). Empty star uses a grey outline. Stars have a hover/tap scale effect for feedback. Users can tap any star to change their rating.
Driver Feedback Tags: Three feedback attributes displayed as pill-shaped toggleable tags: "Polite" (thumbs up, selected green), "On Time" (thumbs up, selected green), "Good Condition" (thumbs down, selected red). Each tag toggles between positive (green), negative (red), and unselected (grey border) states. The wireframe shows a mixed feedback scenario.
Feedback Textarea: Optional free-text input with placeholder "Tell us about your experience...". Auto-grows vertically. Has a visible border that turns primary green on focus.
Missing/Wrong Items: A text link with info icon allowing users to report missing or incorrect items. Navigates to a dedicated issue-reporting flow (not shown in this wireframe set).
Submit Button: Full-width lime (#C9F06B) "Submit Rating" button at the bottom. On submission, shows a success toast/confirmation and returns to the home screen or order history.
