Header: White header with back button, "My Addresses" title, and "+" add button on the right. The "+" navigates to the address creation flow (CON-023).

Address Cards: Three saved addresses displayed as full-width list items. Each card shows: location emoji icon (44x44px with background), label (Home, Work, Mom's House), optional "Default" green badge, street address text, optional delivery note (italic, muted), and edit/delete action buttons.

Default Badge: Green pill badge (success-light background, #166534 text) on the Home address marking it as the primary delivery address.

Actions: Edit (pencil) icon navigates to address edit form. Delete (trash) icon triggers a confirmation dialog. Buttons are 36x36px with hover states.

Relationship to CON-024: This screen mirrors CON-024 but is accessed from the Profile context (CON-102) rather than the address flow. Same layout and functionality, different navigation context.

No Bottom Navigation: Sub-screen of Profile, so bottom nav is hidden. User navigates back via back button.
