App Version: Displayed at bottom of screen as "v1.0.0". Useful for staff to identify which build they are running. Opacity 50% to keep it subtle.

Behavior: Auto-navigates to login screen after 2-3 seconds. If user is already authenticated and has an active session, skip to role selection (OPS-S-004) or last-used role dashboard.

Difference from Consumer: Uses "Operations" subtitle instead of tagline. More utilitarian feel. Version number is shown since staff need to report issues with specific builds.
