Role Cards: Two large tappable cards. Each contains an emoji icon, role name (bold), description, and a right chevron arrow. Cards have a 2px border that changes to primary color on hover/press.
Picker Role: Navigates to the Picker dashboard where staff receive and fulfill pick-and-pack orders from the store floor.
Driver Role: Navigates to the Driver dashboard where staff manage delivery routes and customer drop-offs.
Role Switching: Hint text at bottom ("You can switch roles anytime from settings") reassures staff they are not locked in. Some employees may switch between picker and driver within a single shift.
Role Memory: The system should remember the last selected role and auto-navigate on subsequent logins, showing this screen only on first login or role change.
