Shift Duration: Shows actual clock-in and clock-out times with total duration calculated. Format: "HH:MM AM - HH:MM PM — Xh Xm".
Stats Card: Four key metrics for the shift: orders completed, total items picked, pick accuracy percentage, and average time per order. These are role-specific (picker stats shown here; driver would show deliveries, distance, on-time rate).
Motivational Message: Positive reinforcement shown in a lime accent banner. Message varies based on performance: "Great work today!" for good performance, "Keep it up!" for average, custom message from manager for exceptional days.
End Shift: Primary lime button. Records the official shift end time, syncs all data to server, and returns user to login screen (or role selection if staying logged in).
Continue Working: Secondary outlined button. Dismisses the summary and returns to the active dashboard. Useful when a shift is extended or manager asks staff to stay.
