Flow: System overlay (appears on any screen)
Previous: Any screen (overlay)
Next: Returns to previous screen on reconnect
Offline Icon: WiFi-off icon displayed large and centered. 96px container with muted color to convey the disconnected state without alarming the user.
Reassurance: "Don't worry" language reassures staff that their work is not lost. Critical for maintaining confidence during picking/delivery operations.
Last Synced: Shows the timestamp of the last successful data sync. Helps staff understand how much data might be pending.
Pending Syncs: Progress bar showing how many actions are queued for sync. The bar fills as items are resolved. "3 items" indicates scan results, order updates, etc. that need to be uploaded.
Limited Mode: App continues to function offline for critical features: barcode scanning, order list viewing, item checking. Data syncs when connection is restored. This overlay can be dismissed to continue working.
Retry Connection: Manually attempts to reconnect. On success, overlay dismisses and sync begins. On failure, shows brief error toast and remains on this screen.
