Visual Feedback: Full-screen red error overlay with animated flash and shake effect on the X icon. Provides clear negative feedback that the wrong item was scanned.
Comparison Panel: Side-by-side display of expected vs scanned barcode and product name. Helps the picker understand what went wrong — they may have picked a similar but wrong product (e.g., 6pk vs 12pk).
Actions: Three options:
1. "Try Again" (white on red) — return to scanner to re-scan
2. "Use Scanned Item Instead" (outline) — treat as substitution, navigates to OPS-P-012
3. "Item Not Available" (text link) — OOS flow
Note: Unlike the success screen, this does NOT auto-navigate. The picker must make an explicit choice.
