Call Button: Large green "Call Customer" button uses VoIP with masked numbers. Neither party sees the other's real phone number. This protects privacy for both driver and customer.

Predefined Messages: Quick-send messages for common scenarios. Tapping sends the message immediately via push notification and SMS to the customer. No typing required for speed.

Custom Message: Text input with send button for situations not covered by predefined messages. Messages are logged and visible to support staff.

Recording Notice: Blue info banner notifies the driver that calls are recorded. This is a legal requirement and helps resolve disputes.
