Structure: Same layout pattern as the picker shift summary (OPS-S-008) but with driver-specific metrics: deliveries, distance driven, average delivery time, and ratings.

Stats Grid: 2-column grid with key metrics. The earnings card spans full width to emphasize it as the most important metric for drivers. Each card has an icon, large value, and descriptive label.

Earnings Breakdown: Total shown prominently with fee/tip split in the label. This gives the driver a clear picture of how their earnings are composed.

Customer Ratings: Shows today's average with a bar chart breakdown. A perfect 5.0 day is shown as positive reinforcement. The breakdown helps identify if any deliveries received lower ratings.

Shift Times: Header shows the date, shift start/end times, and total hours worked. This data feeds into payroll calculations.
