Search Bar: Tappable pseudo-input that navigates to CON-042 (active search screen). Rounded pill shape with search icon and placeholder text "Search for groceries...". Not a real input field on this screen.
Category Grid: 2-column grid with 4 rows (8 categories total). Each tile has a unique pastel background tint, large emoji icon (40px), category name (Alexandria 14px semibold), and item count (Alatsi 10px). Tiles have hover lift and active press feedback.
Navigation: Tapping a category tile navigates to CON-041 (subcategories) for Fruit & Veg, or CON-046 (product grid) for other categories. Bottom nav has "Discover" tab active.
Behavior: Category tiles are anchor elements for keyboard accessibility. The grid scrolls vertically within the page content area. Future enhancement: category ordering configurable per vendor.
