Full-Screen Map: The navigation screen is a full-screen map with the route highlighted from the current location to the customer's address. The map shows real-time position tracking.

ETA Bar: Fixed at top showing estimated time of arrival and remaining distance. Updates in real-time as the driver progresses along the route.

Turn-by-Turn: Overlay card below ETA showing the next turn instruction with distance. This card auto-updates as the driver approaches each turn.

Customer Info: Mini card at bottom showing customer name and quick-access phone/message buttons. Allows the driver to contact the customer without leaving the navigation screen.

External Navigation: "Google Maps" and "Waze" buttons open the route in the respective external app. Many drivers prefer their own navigation app for familiarity.

Arrival Button: "I've Arrived" button appears when GPS detects the driver is within 200m of the destination. Button triggers the arrival confirmation flow (OPS-D-007).
